What to Expect When You Contact 365 Roofs
Whether you call (980) 209-1666 or send the form, a real person from our Charlotte headquarters follows up during business hours to understand what’s going on with your roof — a leak, storm damage, a roof that’s simply reached the end of its life, or a commercial building that needs a maintenance plan. From there we schedule a free inspection at a time that works for you. Most inspections take under an hour on site, and you don’t need to be on the roof with us.
After the inspection you get a photo report and a written, itemized estimate. There’s no obligation and no pressure: if the honest answer is a small repair, or no work at all right now, that’s what we’ll tell you. If storm damage is involved, we’ll explain how the insurance-claim process works and what documentation your adjuster will want to see.
Have This Handy
Your address, roughly how old the roof is if you know it, a few photos of the problem if it’s safe to take them, and your insurance carrier’s name if a storm is involved.
Where We Work
From our Charlotte headquarters we serve Charlotte and the surrounding metro, the Triangle (Raleigh, Durham, Cary), the Triad (Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point), and Fayetteville, Wilmington and Asheville. Roofs across North Carolina deal with spring hail, summer thunderstorms and the tropical systems that reach the Carolinas, and our crews plan for all of it.

Active leak or storm damage? Say so when you call. Storm calls get priority scheduling, and we can install an emergency tarp to stop the water as soon as conditions are safe, then schedule the permanent repair. Learn more about our storm damage response.
